"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. "Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
