"Restaurants we not available everyday the Steakhouse was open like 1 day when I was there for a week."

"Vanvittig bråkete hotell, stort sett bare russere. De spilte høy musikk fra egene anlegg. Nesten ingen vasket eller spritet hendene før de forsynte seg i buffeten. Utrolig dårlig akustikk som gjorde måltidene til en støysone uten like. Skulle egentlig være der to netter, men valgte å dra etter kun en. Maten og drikken var heller ikke noe å skryte av. I tillegg luktet det innestengt på rommet."

"Amazing service"

"Staff and cleanliness was as amazing as ever, a few areas still closed and some maintenance being carried out however it didn’t spoil our stay !"

"Cleanable amenities and very professional staff and a great location I would recommend Akra to others"

"We’ve been upgraded to full view of kaabah masyallah . Thank you so much Miss Ubaidah for the upagrde Beds we’re so confortable I had no trouble sleeping everytime. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. One of the best highlights of my hajj journey Location is the best. Connected to mall as well Will bring my kids and my mum to this hotel for umrah soon"

"La estancia fue perfecta. La atención del personal que trabaja en todo el hotel, la comodidad de la habitación, la limpieza, la comida, las instalaciones ha sido todo excelente. Se nota el cuidado y el cariño con el que gestionan el hotel. Ha superado nuestras expectativas, haciendo que nuestra experiencia haya sido fantástica. Gracias por todo."

"The bathroom in my room smelled like sewer. The only way to help ease the smell was to open the bathroom door and let the odor permeate throughout the room. Cleaning staff was great. They came everyday to see if we needed the room to be cleaned . Room was clean as well and bed comfortable . Shuttle was a hustle. People don't know how to line up and take turns to get on the shuttle. No patients and not discipline. Don't let the distance listed fool you. The shuttle will take you on a 15 mins ride...

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"excellent location, easier to access the Haram from this location rather than via the clock tower hotels. good value for money."
