We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking available. We were out of season, so didn't go into the sea or use the outside pools but the pools inside were sufficient for me and my son to use. Rooms were great with a sea view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The resort is beautiful and managed well. A few staff members spoke English. Cons It may be due to limited staff being fluent in English but it would have been helpful to have received information regarding facilities and their hours of operation. Pros The beach is beautiful! We were there around the second week of July and the water was calm, very easy to swim. There are minibuses that stop in front of the hotel that take you to Cesme Center and to Alacati. The grill bar serves wonderful lunch. The breakfast offered so much food and options that it was a little overwhelming, but delicious. I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful lobby and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful, helpful staff. But the rooms are as dark as a cave. Worst room lighting i have seen in any hotel. Bathroom light shines on the back of your head rather than your face. Not enought light to see what is in the closet. A unsolved mystery for an otherwise excellet hotel.

Great place, Outstanding food!

The food was fantastic, really outstanding in its variety. I have gluten and nightshade intolerance, which is rough in Turkey, and even so, there was incredible variety that I could eat. I'd go back just for the food, haute cuisine buffet style! The grounds were beautiful and the service excellent. I stayed in a very small room ("executive single") but the price was great to stay in such a nice place. I also loved the outdoor thermal pool. I look forward to returning.

**Best family hotel in Çeşme**

**The Best Family Hotel in Çeşme/Ilıca** From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The hotel has its own private beach with crystal-clear water and excellent service. The menu offers reasonable prices with generous portions. I imagine it gets quite crowded during the high season, but our stay in October was absolutely perfect—no crowds, no stress over finding the best sun spots. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is close to the center, making it easy to find great restaurants. Even after check-out, we could stay at the hotel and use the spa facilities to change. Breakfast had a great selection, though it’s a shame that some guests take too much and a lot gets wasted. There’s plenty of parking available. We will definitely return during the same period and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Simply amazing! Kind regards Semiha & Özgur

We love this property, me and husband been coming to this property more 5 yrs. We tried to visit twice a year. Beach is excellent and the seating area is perfect for us. You don’t have to wake up early to grab a beach spot, lots of choices. I use the spa about 3-4 times and I highly recommend Narti. She does excellent Turkish bath and deep tissues massage. If you decided to visit, make sure you make your appt with Narti, you won’t be disappointed. Especially, if you have stressful job in New York City. We will definitely come back. This is definitely my spot in cesme. Plus, it’s close to the marine. Thank you 🙏 to the staff. They go above and beyond to make your vacation enjoyable .

Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant. Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice. Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing discomfort. The online dinner reservation hiccup was frustrating, with the resort's unaccommodating stance and lack of assistance leaving a negative impression. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, such as the location and view, contributed to an overall decent experience.

I can’t really complain about the property. I do enjoy my time here, especially beach and the spa. Only major disappointment was check-in, this time staying at the property. They don’t recognize VIP gold member status. At check-in Bert, Bircan and Selin who is customer care service doesn’t understand the extra VIP perks. It was recognize before at my stay here but this time around check in agents at the front desk doesn’t know much about it. Only one check in agent Gokhan was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, if you are an VIP Gold member with Expedia, don’t except to get the extra perks here. Good thing, they do have wonderful beach and spa with Narti that makes me want come back here. Beach staff is wonderful as well or else I would tried other resort that gives respect to VIP perks.

Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel.
