"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "Basic but good value. Unfortunately a long way from the centre – 45 mins if the traffic is light but up to 90 mins in heavy traffic, so not ideal for tourism.
