"The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure."

"We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative.

"It was an overall wonderful experience. Although my stay was very short, just for one day, I could still feel the holiday atmosphere and warmth throughout my visit.
