I was ignored, no napkins at the tables, no one checked in if I wanted to get any omelette or dosa, both at dinner and breakfast buffet. 3. Raintree staff and poolside staff were great. I stayed at Leela palace just before here and I can see why it’s better to stay there than here. "

"When I checked in the room was very hot & reeked smell of sweat. Later I noticed the the pillow covers & bed sheet to be smudged and the source of the smell. I had asked the staff to replace them & they lied that they replaced it. I will NOT stay here again !! "
