"Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. "

"Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There were many USB power outlets in the room, making it easy to charge devices. There was not much table or shelf space for personal items. A drawer or 2 would be much appreciated."

"All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"Clean room, good free parking, average food for breakfast but no bar. How can a hotel branded Swiss~Garden operate without a bar. One can drive up to the Genting complex quite easily."

"Room was large and clean. Unfortunately because our room was on the second floor, we could hear the motorcycles, especially the ones with the loud mufflers, at 6am. Very nice hotel for the family."
