"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. "Had a fantastic time at the Jetwing Vil Uyana, the accommodation was excellent and the staff could not have done more for us. The hotel is in a secluded location, in a managed jungle setting with abundant wildlife and is within easy reach by taxi of Dambulla and Sigiriya. The food was excellent and served in a picturesque dining area overlooking the lake. We had an extremely relaxing three nights and would thoroughly recommend the hotel to others. "

"Nice and quiet oasis in the middle of town. We had a nice, cool room with its own small garden, perfect for relaxing after roaming the city. The kitchen is serving fantastic meals, mostly european quisine, and all the staff did its best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Ace."
