Jaffna Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Our group needed 3 rooms. 2/3 rooms the A/C worked. After the first night, the room with non functioning A/C we did let the front desk know. We don’t think any attempt was made to resolve the issue during the day. When we came back to the hotel and raised the issue, we were moved to another room claiming the A/C worked but it was marginally better. Rooms were never cleaned during the day. "We had an amazing stay at The Thinnai! The atmosphere is lovely, with natural trees and plants all around, creating a very green and refreshing environment. It really feels like a little oasis, so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and air-conditioned made our stay really comfortable. A special mention to the fantastic staff!
