"The property was amazingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning/servicing of the room does not happen everyday unless you request (and pay) for it but we always got clean towels and rubbish removed when we requested the service. The hotel has a good size beach with very calm water. Loved the beach! There were a few activities throughout the day which was nice as well. The location of the hotel was perfect for dining options (I would make reservations in high season), a...

"We loved staying right on the beach! Our room was specious, and the large west-facing balcony was our favorite part. We watched the beautiful sunset over the ocean every night. The ocean-view pool and hot tub were just a short walk away. And it was so nice having a beach bar that had happy hour that served yummy food.
Just outside the property were lots of different kinds of restaurants, and bars, a small casino, a little store and gift shop. We also appreciated that we received a personal texted...

"Le petit déjeuner était super, le personnel super accueillant.
Le seul point que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est les prises, ce sont des prises américaines. Ce serait bien de mettre des prises européennes aussi."

"Overall, I thought this was a great property to stay at. It offers a beautiful private beach, several dining options, and a variety of included water activities for guests to enjoy.
Most of the staff members were kind and courteous, although a few seemed less than enthusiastic when assisting guests. One thing I noticed was a difference in how some staff members treated guests with all-inclusive bracelets versus those without them. In some instances, guests without the all-inclusive bracelet...
