"My family and I stayed at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort for 4 nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Check-in was delayed until about 5:30–6:00 PM, and we were initially given the wrong room. I booked a beach-view room but received one overlooking the pool and palm trees. "My stay at the Morgan was not one I loved nor will I stay there again. When we first arrived Iris was condescending and wasn’t pleasant at all. Upon entrance into the room yellow liquid was in the shower which shows it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The keurig in our room wasn’t working. I requested tea which was never given to me. The stay was not pleasant. Overpriced and under luxury. The amount you pay the staff could do a better job at making you feel welcomed."

"Overall it was a good stay, quiet and somewhat family friendly. Not very convenient when it vibes to little things like getting towels, you do have to go to the concierge every time you need a towel, even if you're already at the pool or beach. No lifeguards. We didn't have to make reservations for most of the restaurants, we were able to get a table as a walk-in. Friendly staff and the beach was clean."

Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help.
