Cari Hotel di Shizuoka

"Clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet!"

"It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The onsen was so nice and well maintained. They offered drinks in a lounge like area before entering the onsen and after you get out. The local tea was so good, I think it was called usuchatou (the spelling might be wrong). The rooms were nice. The breakfast was so delicious and had a big variety. We were a group of 4 and stayed in a traditional Japanese style room and as Americans it was our first time having to lay out futons so it was fun. The staff were...

"Well, no comments"

"Not all front desk staff are friendly and informative. English is very limited. Have to ask in different ways to get information. Restaurant staff are very giod and make you feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner are pretty good."

"Room itself - mountain view bunk bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent. Breakfast options good however only 1 child menu option. Whilst fresh towels were provided daily, room cleaning was only every 3rd day. Hotel does not facilitate baggage transfers to other hotels. Based price, I would have expected room clean at least every other day and luggage transfer support services."
