"Not that there are a lot of hotel options in Nuuk, but Hotel Hans Egede is a really nice option regardless. Extremely well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff. On-site bar on top floor is great, as are the restaurants. My room was small, but comfortable and cleaned well daily. Good location in the center of town so you can easily walk anywhere you want to go. Easy to recommend a stay here while in Nuuk"

"the WORST customer service i hv ever encountered in my 35 years of travel. Rubbish bin in kitchen was full to the brim and never emptied despite me telling the cleaners. cleaner just barged into my room, didn't even bother knocking. the owner should be banned from owning a hotel/hospitality service as he has ZERO MANNERS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. "

"The place is nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We truely enjoyed our stay! We have booked additional 2 nights of stay but due to last minute flight cancellation, we were not able to cancel in time and were only able to get partial refund, which is according to booking policy. However, the hotel is so nice to provide full refund after we wrote in. Really appreciate it! As a side note, we did check with Expedia (since we booked via Expedia), but was denied full refund."

"The facility is located by the sea and has a great view of the sunrise. Rooms are clean and well kept. Only downside would be that you are renting by the room, not the entire cabin. There are other guests who would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen, and the rooms are not soundproof. There is some distance to the city as well. But all in all, great location to enjoy the nature."
