"Nach dem wir die Bewertungen gelesen haben, waren wir unsicher. Aber das Hotel war super. Die Lage ist nicht besonders. Rings rum Baustelle. Die Dusche hatte kaum Druck was nicht so optimal war. Aber bett und Kissen waren ok. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es gab Kaffee und Tee."

"Overall our stay in Nordbo City was great. It was easy to walk to all the central areas. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The windows were able to open to allow air to come in. There was laundry at the location as well, which was free. It is worth noting that checkin does not take place at the same location and the 2 locations are not close to each other. You are able to leave your luggage at the main location until checkin. "the WORST customer service i hv ever encountered in my 35 years of travel. Rubbish bin in kitchen was full to the brim and never emptied despite me telling the cleaners. cleaner just barged into my room, didn't even bother knocking. the owner should be banned from owning a hotel/hospitality service as he has ZERO MANNERS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. "
