"We booked a suite that separated the bedroom from the living room with a door.
We received a suite with no division while travelling with teens.
We booked through a third party, Expedia, who communicated with the hotel after reporting the incident 5 minutes after checking in. The hotel refused to accept a refund or cancel the reservation because ‘we had already checked in’. We had checked in 5 minutes ago, how else would we have known the suite was not the right one? We ended up paying for...

"Staff was good checking in. The problem I had was through out the night. Still very upset over it. The room at was adjoins us was so loud around 1am. 2 girls started screaming. Then eventually one left the room and then started to bang on the door asking to be let in. I tried to call front desk 5 times. 5 TIMES!! Someone picked up and hung up. So pissed off. I had a 7 1/2 drive the next day and was so tired. I eventually yelled at them to quiet down. Which they didn’t. Then then the finally did...
