Everything still seemed new and the area was clean and lots happening. Not great for guests who are driving in for their stay as parking to check in was difficult and unloading luggage was done in neighboring tower's parkade and hauled across block to hotel. Would be a great place if taxiing in from somewhere like the airport. Overall a very good experience, staff was friendly and very helpful, lots to do in the area within walking distance.

Rooms were small but very clean. All bathroom amenities were provided with an Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Only small complaint would be the dim lighting in the bathroom. The lobby was very nice with snacks and drinks available at the front desk. The lobby bar inviting with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks

I came in for a workshop. My room was clean, organized, the coffee was great. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I can't speak to too much around the property as I wasn't there that long but I felt safe. State and Main was great, as was The Shoppe.
