"The food at Majestic Mirage Suites in Punta Cana was very good, and the restaurant service was one of the best parts of our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Our cabana and jacuzzi were dirty and not really usable, several things did not work properly, and the housekeeping and maintenance service were poor.
Communication was also difficult because most of the staff we encountered did not speak English. Almost everything had to go through the butler, but the butler...

"I didn't know what to expect coming here.
1. Pool 10/10
For non-club members I think you only get to 1 pool. But... it's awesome and spans pretty much the whole beach side of the the resort! I was very impressed.
2. Rooms 10/10
Very clean and very nice on the inside. I've been to a lot of resorts that were more recently built and I would put it higher than those resorts.

"The hotel staff is exceptionally pleasant, attentive, and always ready to help. The Adults-Only area is peaceful—perfect for relaxing without unnecessary noise. There are several restaurants with great food; as long as you make a reservation, you can go. The buffet offers a wide variety of meals and desserts. Cleanliness and organization are a solid 10/10. Perhaps the Adults-Only area could use a bit more late-night entertainment. 4⭐️"
