"The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues. The location is also perfect for sightseeing and visiting local markets. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."
"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, everyone goes out of their way to help you. I really enjoyed the food from the restaurant on myast night (had eaten on Hawa Mahal Road in previous nights). I used their laundry service and it was top notch. The rooftop restaurant has beautiful views of the surrounding areas. They also exchange currency (USD, GBP or EUR) which was a big help. The rooms are fantastic, aircon brilliant and the shower pressure fab. This is a new hotel and a 10-15 min rickshaw ride from Hawal Mahal (would be shorter if less traffic). This is a heritage hotel and therefore it has its own authentic style. I liked that each room had it's own physical key. You can hear other guests and creaking sounds but that didnt bother me as it wasn't that loud but good to bear in mind if you need 100% silence. Again, I have to mention that this hotel is stunning and the rooms were beautiful. Extremely great value for the price, breakfast was yummy too. "
"Very well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood of Jaipur. Our room was amazing and looked like a palace, offering space and design inspired by Indian culture. The property was easily accessible with local tuctuc. There is no food option at Pearl Palace but a complementary drive is offered to the nearby sister property, which has an exceptionally good and reasonably priced restaurant on the rooftop. Staff was very helpful and service impeccable. "
"Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. Truly appreciative of the hotel’s attention to detail and service, for taking care of my husband :)"
"We had a fantastic stay at the Padmaa Haveli. It’s a gorgeous historic building owned by the same family for centuries and now converted into a beautiful boutique hotel balancing its history with contemporary interior style. The service was incredible - all the staff were amazing and always on hand to help with anything we needed.
The location is brilliant - it’s set right in the centre of the city within striking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The area is a historic and densely populated part of Jaipur a diverse areas including traditional residential properties, markets, and historical sites. While the area immediately around the hotel may face challenges associated with informality or poverty, I strongly disagree to the statement I read in a customer review somewhere that this hotel was in the middle of a slum. That is unfair and untrue - the area felt safe and is reflected of the city and country, one of the fastest growing economies in the world - full of extremes. If you’re uncomfortable with that maybe look at yourself and why you’re uncomfortable with this rather than unfairly catorgorising a neighbourhood and the people who live and work there.
The hotel at the time we stayed was still relatively new and had a few teething issues which they welcomed feedback on to improve. They are keen to make the best of this place so I’m sure once they into the stride will grow from strength to strength.
Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay.

"After traveling through India and visiting many cities, I was thoroughly impressed with the dining and quality of the rooms. In every way I felt I was staying at a 5 star hotel. It was truly grand! I would recommend staying here for your stay in Jaipur."
