"room was spotless and cleaners came every day. The room itself was nice and had all the equipment available in the kitchen.
Shower was poor and eventually water completely stopped and had to change room. Shower not much better in that one.
Pool is not bad, however gym is not good and spa section of pool not working. Wifi is slow but ok. Location is good."

"The room itself was fantastic - very quiet, well laid out, great kitchenette, and beautiful view over the mangroves to the sea. The problems were: cleaning, accessibility/location, food, and service.
Cleaning: the room seemed clean but there was a rag on the counter left behind by the cleaning staff when I checked in along with GARBAGE from the previous guest that had not been emptied. After this, cleaning was haphazard, often not happening or, if occurring, not thorough. My garbage was not...
