"The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing. "

"部屋が広く、メイドの女性客も親切でした。部屋内に冷蔵庫はないですが、TV、湯沸し器、冷房機があり、ミネラルウォーターサーバーはロビーにありました。周辺は、飲食店かあり、外貨両替店、夜には夜市が開かれます。とても良い場所でした。"

"The building is confusing for check in and parking. The unit is nice and clean. But, no hand soap at the sinks area. No hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. No instruction for TV. No AC in the hallway, was very hot! We do like the location. "

"Semuanya berpuas hati dengan keadaan bilik. Bilik umpama apartment tapi tiada kelengkapan dapur seperti pinggan, sudu garpu, cawan & sudut minuman. Peti sejuk 1 pintu sentiasa on walaupun keluar dari bilik. Elektrik sentiasa on. Ada jakuzi tapi rosak. Hanya sekadar dijadikan bathtub saja. Apapun best bathtub tu ada di balkoni. Mandi sambil layan permandangan. Boleh juga mandi di bilik mandi dalam bilik tidur Tv ada tp tiada sambungan rancangan tv. Aircond sejuk. Yg ni terbaik. Boleh parking tingkat 1 & dekat dgn bilik di tingkat 2. Jd, kita tak perlu melalui reception bila kita nk klua masuk. Yg pn berpuasa hati. Hotel dekat dengan restoran Bako Bako. Restoran ni viral juga. Makanan kat situ sedap aambil layan permandangan. Buka pada waktu malam saja. "

"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."
