"The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip."

"THE HOTEL QUITE OK, BUT HOTEL.COM CHARGED ME VERY, VERY UNREASONABLE PRICE, YOU CHARGED ME RM 918.00 COMPARE TO RM 762.00 IF I DEAL DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL, AND YOU MADE ME CONFUSE COZ U CHARGE ME IN US DOLLAR, WHEREAS I THOUGHT IN RM. I WILL NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY NEXT TIME. "

"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. "THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD BY THEIR FAMILY, FATHER MOTHER EVEN SON. THEY ARE VERY RUDE."

"For people who go under budget. this is just a nice and cheap place. located at teluk nipah. walking distance to beach."

"The room was okay, chalet is very near to the beach. Location wise is a good choice. No breakfast due to CMCO but easy to find foods nearby. "

"Location is good. We stayed at room #5 with sea view and got small balcony to spend time. Room space can fit 4-5 pax. Maybe can put small fridge in the room as the weather is so hot. Got a chocolate shop, souvenir shop and mini mart downstairs. Many restaurants along the road but mostly closed during our stay. Little more busier and noisier during the weekend as people are busking at night. "

"We were not issued Any towels There's no place to sit And, the room smelled musky"

"Location is perfect with lots of hawker stalls nearby and super near to a very beautiful beach. Only no amenities like shampoo, toilet paper in the bathroom. "
