"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "I like the location, the atmosphere, staff are friendly, food was great, quiet hotel, clean. Didn't like the idea that there weren't enough towels in the room had to call twice also once the maid changed towels, they always only left one wash cloth"

"I have stayed here everytime I visit Panamá. The staff, cleanliness and the accessible area makes it an incredible stay. The Hotel, especially the showers, need a facelift, but nothing too crazy. Nonetheless, I cannot rave enough about the staff, kind, hardworking incredible people "
