Hotel was closed!!

****Travelocity booked me in a Hotel that had been closed two weeks prior to my making reservations. When I called them I was on hold for minimum of 30 minutes each time and had to make 6 calls to get my money back. They were telling me it was non refundable and I asked them how they could book me to a Hotel which was closed. I got yo the Hotel it was pouring rain then I had to hire a Taxi and fin=d a last minute hotel which cost me twice as much along with the additional taxi fares driving around wasting my time finding a new Hotel then they used up all the international minutes on my phone because they put you on hold then disconnect you. I would never book with them (Travelocity) again!!!!****

The hotel was shut down by the gov't during stay

booked 3 nights. No paper, No towel. Went for dinner and when I came back, there were gov't officials asking people to leave the hotel, said the hotel is being shut down. No electricity, no light... have to walk 17 floors up to get my luggage and walk back down 17 floors in the dark. I checked in Continental hotel for the next 2 nights. when i return home, Veneto refused to refund the 2 nights I didn't stay. They were contacted by expedia by email. Will never go back to Veneto hotel. they should be shut down forever, and expedia should dump them if they ever open again.

A total disaster!

This hotel really surpasses easely all my bad experiences in other hotels. The room had to be cleaned, especially the bathroom. Hair was everywhere! No towels!!! It took 90 minutes to bring them up. The airconditiong had the noise of a shipsengine but did not cool at all. Curtains were 15" short. This hotel is a real disaster and the only option is demolition. We booked 3 nights but after the 1st horrific one we ran as fast as we could!

EXTRA CHARGES ON EVERY STEP

Extra $40 charge for guest while king suite was booked and paid for 2. Used to be good place to stay. I will never stay here again.

This is a very nice Hotel ,it is close to everything. And for single guys , there are plenty of beautiful women iin the Hotel or outside on the streets.

Nice Hotel for Gentlemen traveling alone

Entire Hotel smells musty. Carpets need to be replaced. The Shower did not have warm water. The girls at the Casino are quite beautiful and friendly.

Up on arriving no eletric w that no air conditioned front desk informed us the dints know the time line the we’re w out air conditioning for 3 days and operating with 25% of electricity an emergency status for the whole hotel casino bars restaurants everything was dark or closed front desk ( carin) said if not comfort call Exspedia for refund so we did and now the hotel don’t want to refund the money

After staying there several times previously, this time was the absolute worst. No A/C and No Hot Water for four 85 degree days was ridiculous. I also took two others that had never been and this was their first experience and impression. Very Dissappointing and Embarrasing!

Llegue con reservación pagada por expedía y antes de buenas noches , No tengo habitaciones , pero tengo pagadas 3 noches , no se no tengo nada , 1140 pm , y entonces ?, cómo es que expedía me vendió ? Después de 20 min , tengo una habitación pero no tiene toallas , la quiere o no ? Habitaciones con alfombras ultra sucias , da asco pisar descalzo , la luz del baño fundidos , los pasillos huelen a humedad , sencillamente espantoso , claro vale 45 usd la noche , será por eso ?
