Entire experience was a complete disaster. Contacted the owners. They said they would give me a full refund. When Expedia called them, they were unavailable and unreachable. "We stayed in hotel for 3 nights, staff were excellent everywhere reception restaurant bar especially Tony and Guiseppe were so nice, we had drinks at bar and they make us feel so welcomed, and talked to us just great.. We already looking for next time when we travel to Italy and stay there … Really recommended"

"Posizione ottima a due passi da via maqueda e da vucciria, quindi pieno centro storico. La signora Agata e tutte le persone che ho incontrato nella struttura sono state gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. La camera tripla che da sulla strada è un po' rumorosa ma ci è stata data un'alternativa senza problemi. Pulizia perfetta. Colazione sia dolce che salata servita dal simpatico signor Francesco. Prezzo ottimo."
