"This place is amazing."

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Location is conveniently in between the centro of Ustica and the port. The hotel is very cute and generally well maintained. Unfortunately the AC in our room did not work and they could not fix it (it was a short stay). The WiFi also only worked in the reception area. The breakfast was pretty basic (caffe, juice, bread/toast, cornetta, cereal and whole fruit)."

"Not great if you are not healthy to walk up and down a lengthy flight of stairs especially with luggage. And especially not a good option is you are keen on cleanliness and want bed/bath linen change every few days as it’s only done after each checkout….. so no clean towels or sheets for a 7 days stay."
