"Todo excelente excepto por el cobro de City tax de 5 euros por día por persona que no lo esperábamos y en la página no lo advierten . La recepción cierra por la noche así que si llegas después de las 9 pm hay un cobro extra de 20 euros , tampoco se advierte en la página . Pero de todo lo demás es excelente . La habitación es hermosa y muy amplia igual que el baño y la tranquilidad reina en el lugar "

"The staff was excellent. As a group, the nicest staff I have ever experienced. The room was extraordinarily clean. Location was excellent near the cathedral. Lots of motorbikes but with the windows closed not much of an issue. Plus the food in Parma is better than the food where you are including the breakfast at the hotel which was a feast of Sicilian fruits and charcuterie. "
