We had a great stay! The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a fun bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is situated on the promenade in Palermo. The hotel provided the usual facilities in the rooms - our room had a view of the promenade - there are plenty of different Italian restaurants in the locality - you’re spoilt for choice. The staff at the hotel are helpful (particularly the Reception Staff). The swimming pool area is well maintained and staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice, the beds were comfy, however the shower was weak and toilets not very clean Swimming pool was very nice but not very clean, the loungers flip sometimes and toilets have no rubbish bins

Great pool near the port

We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable.

Good location for historical centre, waterfront and botanical gardens. Hotel itself was clean. The general service was just a little below the standard you would expect from a hotel costing what it did to stay there. Coffee machines did not work at breakfast, which was average. Staff were generally pleasant but some seemed dismissive. There were not enough around the bar/pool and at breakfast. Had to wait for tables to be cleared and cleaned.

There were multiple issues at this property. Lack of towels, the quality control is not good. We paid for a room with a balcony with table and chairs. We got the balcony but not the chairs. The sofa was stained and ripped. Close to a 2 star. A real disappointment for the price that we paid (500€ plus) per night.

Good option in Palermo

Overall enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The location is located right on the outskirts of Palermo. It was quiet, it almost meant at least a 15 minute walk to anything. They have a coffee machine to use in the morning free of charge. The rooms were clean but very basic.
