"Stains on sheets and comforter, tv is completely useless - no working channels or apps, bad smell in the room was covered up with a bad smelling spray, bathroom lights flicker and bunch of marks and missing paint spots all over the walls. Location is good"

"Very friendly staff and quick check in. Any staff we met in the hallways were always smiling and quick to say hello.
Rooms are a good size and well kept. This is our "go to" hotel in North Bay and we've never had a problem.
They do provide breakfast, but we don't eat breakfast, so we haven't checked it out.
We always travel with our furry companion and we've always been greeted warmly. Would definitely recommend them. Lots of parking too."

"We had a great stay at this hotel near Elgin Beach, close to Tobermory. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the instructions were very clear. Even though there was no front desk staff on site, we had no trouble checking in.
The staff were also very helpful when we forgot our access code. I called them, and they quickly provided the code again without any issue. The beds were very comfortable, and the beach view was...

"Our room was just clean as clean could be. The scenery was beautiful as the sun glistened over the lake was located outside our window-you just sit on the lawn chairs on your porch-very peaceful and relaxing.
Only thing that was a disapointment was the the restaraunt was not open for business yet."
