"El internet nunca sirvió ningun dia . El aire acondicionado muy bajito para el calor exrremo que estaba haciendo . Le falta mas limpieza a las paredes del hotel . Excelente personal , el lugar esta bien para dormir . Y muy seguro y tiene la mejor de las playas para passr la tarde muy bonito"

"We had a great stay overall! Highlights included the exceptional staff, gorgeous sea views right off the beach, and the beautifully maintained grounds. A couple of small drawbacks: the pool water was consistently lukewarm and didn't offer a refreshing cool-down on hot days. The restaurant also disappointed us in terms of service and food quality for a four-star property and its high prices, though town has amazing local spots to eat instead. Despite these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when back in Mazunte."
