Staff is super awesome and helpful. Some Spanish is helpful. Pretty chill spot and great location out of el central but close enough to walk to everything. Open interior overlooks the restaurant area. Only note on the free breakfast is they charge for any meats and pastries you request.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of town, very safe and convenient. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to the front desk, Patricia in particular, that went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was a total sweetheart. I would definitely come back, we never wanted to leave !!

The hotel is close to everything. Lots of shopping and food options are close by. It is very clean and modern, however there are no elevators if you have mobility issues. You will need to make sure you get the ground floor.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no elevators in the hotel so if you have mobility issues you will need to stay on the ground floor. The free continental breakfast was only coffee, hot water, teas, and cookies. Not very good, but the menu options were good. I would stay there again. I loved it.

Location of this hotel was perfect. It was easy for us to get to most of the popular spots in the central Oaxaca. We stayed in the top room with a private balcony and enjoyed the view of the street and the town especially at night.
