"St James is nicely positioned near Times Square with options for eating nearby. Room was simple and in good condition. Air conditioner was a bit noisy and so was the sound from the street in our room. Overall happy with our stay."

"The property was clean and inviting. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Will surely recommend to others and would stay again. Property was close to the attractions and places to eat. The Niagra Falls was about 20 minutes walk. "

"Clean, modern room- lovely location in a quiet street across a public space with waterfall. Close to subways, walkable to e.g. MoMa, Rockefeller centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop has cool high rise views. My next trip will be with this Pod hotel again. "

"We chose a room on a lower floor because I had read that there’s a wait for the elevators which is true, but our wait was not very long everyday. Our room was clean daily and they did an excellent job Anytime we called the front desk they immediately helped us out. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful."

"The place is in the heart of the city and everything was good. EXCEPT one thing the toilets. BUT the issue is not the maids becuase they always do their work as good as they could. THE ISSUE WERE THE RESIDENTS WHO WERE VERY URISPECTFUL TO OTHERS. "
