8/10 Good

"The front desk staff (the women) were great. I did call down and spoke to a man and asked for no service and got service anyway (I really prefer my things not be touched when I travel-I always call for no service). The woman I spoke to made it right and that was really appreciated. The location of the hotel was great, very easy to get back to the highway and very easy to get to places in town including gas, food, grocery stores, and shopping. I would have really liked for a blackout curtain because the lights from the parking came in both sides of the regular curtain at night. The room did not have a working lock on the bathroom door or a working fan in the bathroom. The soap bottles in the shower need to come out of the holders and be wiped down. The CC on the TV was not working. It did have great water pressure and the bed was comfortable."

"We usually stay at this hotel when in El Paso and have never had any issues until this most recent trip. This time we arrived around 11:30pm. Upon arriving we checked in, got our keys and headed to our room. After unloading the car we went to our assigned room to find the keys didn't work. Went up to the front desk and he said it was a mistake that he had forgotten the room had already been assigned. So then he need to physically check another room before being able to get us in there. He said its good to go so we take our stuff up the stairs to the room. After a short while we find that the bathroom does not flush. Seeing as we just got in from a long trip and it was midnight we called the front desk and had to be switched to another room. This time the receptionist was much nicer even apologizing and told me he would be comping enough points for a one night stay onto my IHG account. I more than appreciated that, considering the inconvenience after arriving to town. However, it has been a week since we checked out and the points were never added. Normally a great hotel but disappointed that on top of the mishaps, word wasn't kept on at least giving us those IHG points."

2/10 Terrible

"We broke down so we couldn't make it to the hotel in time to check in when you finally didn't make it there it was like 3 or 4:00 in the morning and by 6:00 they were banging on the door at 7:00 they were big in the door at 8:00 they were banging on the door and that 9:00 they were banging on the door so he really did not enjoy this day these people at this property were very bad and I am trying to figure out how to get my money back really worst place to stay at do not stay here"

10/10 Excellent

"My stay was comfortable and the room was clean. The outside was clean as well. Because of quite a few trucks with trailers I had a problem finding a place to park. The staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the fact that they gave earplugs because their location has traffic noise. Nice idea."
