"We liked the hotel and it's charm. However, our room was crawling with ants. There were ants on the towels, the bathtub, and they found their way into our toiletries overnight. We should have known something was up when we spotted an ant trap around the sink.
We brought this to the attention of the staff first thing in the morning (no one is available at night) and we were greeted with a shrug. Expedia tried, but could not resolve the issue.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good....

"The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. I was told by staff that three people one of them who might have been homeless came and took all the sausage within the first 10 minutes. Nothing was left when I got there except dried up scrambled eggs. Absolutely terrible."

"We’re very happy that we chose to stay here. Our room was upstairs in the two story building. The room was spacious and comfortable. We wish our stay was longer so we could spend time using the outdoor amenities like the barbecues or outdoor games. We did get to enjoy the pool. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations. It was just a short walk to the busier part of town."

"Kind of worn out and overrated. Several maintenance issues in the room. Dark and unwelcoming. Work out area lacking weights. Old pool. Equipment broken. Lackluster singer in bar. Breakfast was good but the music was heavy metal/rock. UGH!
We used to love this place but probably won't go again."
