"Overall, my stay was great. Couple things they can improve on; room can be a bit cleaner (floors need better cleaning in rooms), pool is too hot, mattresses should probably be replaced (you sink into them), the water in the shower needs to be regulated because you either get extremely hot water with pressure or get cold water with no pressure whatsoever. The buffet was great! The pool food was good and convenient when in the water. The other specialty restaurant were ehhhhh. The staff overall...

"Everything was excellent, the hotel is very well located clean and nice. The staff is very kind. The only problem is the seaweed because we weren't able to swim or be on the beach. And it smells terrible."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
What I liked most was the overall cleanliness and the helpful service. The property was quiet and conveniently located.
