"Thé staff are the best assets of this hotel. They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. Particular mention to Liam and Jess although others were helpful too but I didn’t get there names. "

"My wife and I liked the very friendly treatment by the manageress and the location of the accommodation in a natural setting. We did not like the omission by the booking agent "expedia" to advise that a fee of $16.68 will have to be paid to the bank for transferring AU$ into a foreign currency. "

"It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so."

"We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. "Late arrival for golf tournament next day. Easy instructions to collect keys. Offered to suggest places to eat since warned restaurant was closed on arrival. Convenient check out in Proshop next morning. Comfortable & clean room. Very happy."

"Excellent customer service. Very helpful front desk staff especially Donna. Whilst the initial booking was for a superior room, on our request, we were accommodated in a different room which was a lot more quiet. Thank you. Car parking underneath the hotel is charged at $40 per night ( multiple entry). "
