"Front desk lied to us when we tried to check in. Said they had never heard of Hotels.com nor Expedia. Said they had no rooms even though we had a confirmation and pre paid receipt from Hotels.com.
I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel. Miraculously, the front desk remembered Hotels.com ! Front desk told the Hotels.com agent that the new agreement had not been signed yet...."
