"This hotel is right by the airport. very easy to find. Decent sized carpark; £10 a night. my room was a long walk to the front door and a bit baffling to find. There are signs but a bit invisible and they could do with more info just after the meeting rooms hall (and the staff know this, they were not at all surprised when I had to ask how to get there twice). This was my only gripe and I have bad knees. In my younger days i would have been fine. Food in the bar & room service were great. Staff were lovely. Aircon brilliant. Decent shower over a bath. Bed v comfy. No sounds from outside in the room. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks with my kids. Traveling from CA. All staff are extremely friendly! Breakfast was great! Wish they had waffles but nonetheless food was good. They have a shell gas station with bfast sandwiches, snacks and amenities across the parking lot. Also a KFC. I would definitely recommend!!"

"The property is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff where pleasant. Our room was very clean. It was classed as a suite, but I'm not sure it really was. It had two areas to it, but very basic. The air con didn't work that well which was a shame given the weather was very hot. Other than that it is worth a stay."

"★★★★☆ We stayed at The Greyhound Coaching Inn as part of our 34th wedding anniversary celebration and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. During the exceptionally warm weather, we really appreciated that a fan had been provided, which made a big difference and ensured we had a comfortable night's sleep. One small surprise was that our room contained both a double bed and a single bed, despite the booking being for just the two of us. It wasn't a problem, just a little unexpected and it did make the room feel slightly more crowded than it needed to be. The only disappointment was discovering on arrival that the kitchen was not open in the evening. We hadn't been informed of this before our stay, and had we known, we could have planned accordingly. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby, so it didn't spoil our visit, but it would have been helpful to have been told in advance. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of fresh continental items as well as a very well-cooked Full English. Everything was fresh, well presented and set us up nicely for the day. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the local area and made an ideal base for our visit to Twycross Zoo and our anniversary celebration. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast and welcoming atmosphere made for a very enjoyable break, and we would happily stay here again."

"Hotel was nice, a big entrance leading into a big bar and seating area which was a bit busy and loud at times when lots of people. Room was clean and spacious and great choices for breakfast, again very spacious. A convenient stay but felt this was more suited for business meetings and conference gatherings rather than a typical run of the mill hotels."
