"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. "Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
