"Beautiful property with a Great Lake view. Communication between different parts - reception and restaurant was poor hence caused confusion which resulted in extra charges. The management was not ready to solve the problem at first. So the experience was ruined. The next day the management agreed to meet halfway and offered a complimentary boat trip but since the experience was already ruined, we wanted to leave. "We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising.
