"Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there started our journey of enjoyments in Valle for 4 days honestly 4 days is not enough to Explore Munnar atleast we should have stayed 10 days in Valle Rooms are spacious, Ambiance is very nice.Hotel Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Me and my wife are foodie exquisite dishes that will delight our taste buds" and that the chefs were "truly impressive". What else can we ask lovely morning breakfast service with a variety of savory foods and fresh fruits. We even asked customize food they made it for us. The chefs' mastery of flavors and presentation is truly impressive. "We are from London on a family trip and had visited Kochi and Munnar so we were at the end of our trip to Kerala where we wanted to relax and enjoy the weather for a few days. We were glad we chose this resort as we really did relax, and have a lovely break so for us, it is probably the best resort in Alleppey! The resort is located in Beautiful lush green surroundings, very peaceful and serene that is very pretty. The staff all work hard to look after it from the ground staff and cleaners, to room service and management. Adarsh, Saidul, Matthew made us feel special, spoke good English and understood our requirements, feedback and gave great customer service. It was our 25th anniversary and they gave us balloons and decorated the room, as well as a freshly made cake which we all really enjoyed and appreciated. The food is excellent!! We didn’t go anywhere else as it was so comfortable, everyday there was plenty of choices. Dipankar, Manoj, Saidul and the Chefs are excellent and passionate about their restaurant, they gave us great service throughout. Aditi and Marcy are also doing very well. The activity room is excellent, with good options for all ages, especially the Table tennis / pool table. The room service staff including Akshay and Shalini are thorough and very friendly too. Overall we had an amazing stay because the location, food, staff were very good so it was one of our best family holidays abroad. Thanks to all the staff at Sterling Lake! "
