"Property is very very big and right on the beach. I would say the biggest complaint is the wifi in the room is very weak and not that much better when you go around the property. Second, please put a window instead of a screen in the bathroom. We were next to the stairs and it’s just people walking around all hours of the night talking loudly and sliding their feet in their sandals on the ground. Lodge Amboseli, the hotel administrator did not meet me warmly, suspecting that I really paid for the stay? How will I prove it? "Lovely setting - nice touch having flowers on the bed and turn down service. The units all look inwards to the pool which was used regularly by us. At night the pool has lights and makes for a romantic swim. There was no jug to make tea or coffee or facilities to cook yet there was a fry pan, pots and dishes. Even microwave would have been useful. The restaurant wan't operational - we would have used it. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily and was good."
