"So when booked our stay it was for a decent room in the pictures provided by Expedia but when we arrived entered the room the pictures were not of that room. We tried reaching hotel staff by walking over to the lobby and NO one was there but was a sign to call a number but no answer when called the number."

"We checked in late evening to just have an overnight staycation since we actually live in Ranchos de Taos nearby. The staff member was great at check in. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room made alot of noise throughout the night & kicked on & off so much we did not get a good night’s rest. We ended up checking out before 6 am the next morning so we could go home & rest. We informed the front desk & she said she would speak to management...

"I want the shower in my home! The location was good and the amenities although unused were remarkable. You could swim laps in the hot tub. It's an interesting layout with the amenities across a small street and a 1 person sauna but the area was good, the rooms large and the desk folks had great suggestions. Orlando's was recommended on the other side of town. Try the Avocado pie!"

"Excellent stay few minutes from Taos Plaza. Surrounded by huge cotton woods, charming room vaulted ceilings and vigas, Planning on another, pet friendly trip back soon. Best stay for us in Taos over the years!"

"The Willa is a nice stop on Taos. But essentially a dolled up road motel. The ground are pretty and the restaurant is good. Pool is smaller then in pix. Not much privacy in the pool facing rooms. Good soundproofing. On the expensive side for what you get"

"The management was as friendly as they come. The rooms are kinda small and the bathrooms are extremely small. The bed was very hard. Parking is kinda tough when they have trucks with trailers. They were doing some updating so I would like to see it when they finish."

"The property and rooms were very nice, incredibly nice staff lots of parking. The only issue was in the elevator and the 2nd floor there was an awful smell. I don't know if it was the cleaner or something but it was not a pleasant smell. The smell was there through the whole weekend so it wasn't just a one time thing."
