"My room was a good size and had all of the amenities I needed (refrigerator and microwave). However, there were a few areas that reflected a need for updating. Overall, I thought the room was a good deal for the price and it was located near supermarkets and the plaza. I look forward to returning to the TVL in the not-too-distant future. "

"This was a beautiful stay in Taos. The staff is the best we've ever experienced. And the public grounds on the property were very peaceful. We were quite disappointed with the hot tub area and the hot tub itself. Not well maintained and pretty gross. We got out of the hot tub as soon as we got in! The bathroom sink had little drips of water on the cold side, and the hot side was scorching hot immediately. Not the best stay, but not the worst."

"To be fair the room itself was clean and had decent coffee. However there was mold around the caulk surrounding the bathtub. The bathroom was MAYBE 10 sq feet. Cold water disappeared in the middle of the shower causing extremely hot water to burn while yeting to get it turned off. The bed sagged in the middle. Loud road noise made sleeping very hard. No air conditioner or fan to circulate the air. Very warm in the room. The room was on the 2nd floor with very steep steps and the walk...

"Absolutely my favorite stay on our vacation. Stayed two nights and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The pueblo type rooms are great. The restaurant is lacking in choices, but they do serve is done well."

"My stay was peaceful. Perfect location to feel a part of nature but with the comforts of glamping. Staff in the office was delightful, gift shop is cute. It was wonderful to have coffee on the porch each morning of my trip. The ambiance of the location is worth every dollar spent."

"Check in was easy, the resort is a nice place, our room was clean and large, we had a balcony and enjoyed sitting out there. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only complaint was the sink drained slow and water filled up in the sink. There was no open restaurants on site for evening dinner. But we were referred to a nice pub and grub and a pizza parlor just down the hill, is walking distance, the pub was nice. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. "

The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. "No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. "
