Sadly this was such a disappointment. Seems the only thing they did right was charge my credit card timely. The room had no thermostat so we had to change rooms to one that had it. Then the tv didnt work in that room so the attendant came up and helped us fix it. Then the toilet ran most of the night.the gym said open at 5 but it never was so a grumpy attendant had to open the door for me for the two nights we were there. On top of that fir both days we were there the potatoes and he bacon were charred black. I ll never go to a hampton inn or any of the Hilton family of hotels again mind u we were there for a funeral service of a beloved friend. Not a good experience.. oh almost forgot.. the water for the shower took around 15 mins to get even tepid so we could shower.
