"I truly felt the that the picture on line was as better than the property. The hotel interior was as clean , modernized and pretty. Our room was truly a long way from the hotel lobby and very hard to walk with bunch of luggage’s. Thank god there wer emergency stairs next to our room accessible to hotel. My general review of the pools was that it was not very clean. Maybe bc it’s a family hotel and many kids but don’t look very clean for us to go inside of it. We appreciated the pool activities...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Willow Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I also enjoyed the pool area and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. The décor and style are a bit dated and eclectic, but that’s simply an observation rather than a criticism. One of our favorite features was the outdoor area, which provided a great space for our pup to stretch his legs and take care of business. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The property was so outdated and dark. Our room was awful, plugs by beds to charge phones did not work, the rooms phone did not work. Balcony sat on top of an ugly white roof with big ugly air conditioner as view- come on! Who would go out there? Terrible bathroom lighting- never again. Told them when I checked out next day and called 3 days later…they didn’t care. I paid for this on Expedia in full and the hotel chgd my credit card a resort fee. This is far from a resort!
