"I requested early check in more than two weeks in advance and was only notified the morning of my flight into NYC that my request would not be accommodated and that I wouldn't receive an email with my check in information until 4 pm, which I ended up never receiving at all and I had to call to get checked in, in the end I didn't get checked into my room until after 6PM.
