"We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit."

"A pleasant surprise with kitchenette, comfortable bed, easy access to a great beach"

"They throw a raging party on Friday nights, which is not made clear up upon booking only upon check-in. The party is ridiculously loud. You cannot sleep with the noise or the vibration of the room due to the loud music that goes until 2:30 in the morning. Completely unacceptable for a hotel. It is not a nightclub. It is a place where people go to try to get peace and sleep."

"This is a beautiful small boutique style hotel. Everything is on the ground level, which is nice not to have to use an elevator every time you come and go. "We really enjoyed our stsy. There were 4 of us and we stayed in the room with the bedroom in the loft area. We spent a lot of time on our patio and our little pool as it was very hot. Staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed that after we booked we found out that the free breakfast was not including the hot items which the pictures had been a selling feature for us.
