"We enjoyed a great family stay. Comfortable beds and room for all 5 of us. The pool was great. Really appreciated the covered kids pool. Though would have like to see more shade/umbrellas at the pool. Or less people (who seemed to never show up) saving those seats with towels. The swim up bar was a great feature and all who work there were friendly and kind especially to our kids and their seemingly non stop pina coladas. All the food was good. Though disappointing to buffet other than...

"I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay here. My room was much larger than expected and very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and as a solo traveler, this made me feel safe. My room was right outside the pool and I loved having the flexibility to sit at the pool or the beach which is only a few steps away! I appreciated that the staff happily carried a beach chair for me to sit directly on the beach as opposed to the shady private area for hotel guests. I...

"I was a solo female traveler and I absolutely love this hotel. I felt safe and welcomed. I had a few scheduling hiccups and Tatiana at the front desk helped me out with all them and took care of everything. She’s the best! The hotel is in a great location, literally in the center of everything and Tamarindo Beach is across the street. I highly recommend 10 out of 10! "
