"All was very good but no proper shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. I requested a rope for going to the spa but didn’t arrive on time. Should have been in the room. Tradesmen not tidying up after themselves found a screw on the carpet which cleaners should have been around after they were finished. Found a broken glass under a radiator in the club house. Cleaners need to be advised to look everywhere when cleaning. No bananas on display at breakfast. Everything else was Excellent. Loved...

"Our stay at the Castleknock hotel was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Upon checking in we realized there was a wedding going on and our room was right on that end of the hallway on the open end of the second floor so we were a little concerned but once our door was closed we didn't hear a peep.
