"Was not told until after I paid that there was live music on very late and DJ to 3am ... If they had sent an email about this I could have sourced other accommodation. The heating in room did not work and tried 6 times to phone reception and get someone to look at heating..but either phone was not connecting or no-one at reception. Would never use this hotel again. Very disappointing. On the plus side they did give me a free coffee in morning for my troubles."
