"A decent4-star hotel, fantastic staff, surrounding area is not best looking. The staff was very good to deal with and very accommodating. Even with my broken Spanish they always understood and were very helpful. "This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. If I was to give something negative about my review, it will have to be the bed sizes, we got a 2 beds room and the size were smaller than a queen but slightly bigger than a twin. Next time I’ll probably stay in a king bed instead. "
