"The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing.
I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room.

"There was no Wi-Fi service. We stayed at this house for 3 nights rooms were not cleaned. Asked for clean towns, which weren't provided.
Asked for ice for my fractured ankle they do not have any??/"

"Everything about Bederra was great ! The staff, the location, the view, the room were all perfect. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Right along the coral coast. Snorkeling every day. Restaurants at the hotel and nearby. Excellent choice for anyone traveling to Fiji. Relaxing atmosphere - no kids running around. "

"We had a great stay at the Shangri La resort. The staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate. The resort is showing it's age a bit but overall provided everything we needed. The snorkeling was amazing right off the beach. The lounge chairs at the beach and pool were in bad need of an upgrade. But the beach and snorkeling made up for it. The resort is great for families or if you prefer the adults only section was great as well. The food was good and I would recommend eating at the Black...
